All bedding is provided , please bring your own towels and toiletries.
Full gas central heating and electricity is included the price ( Electric card meters for long winter lets , first 20 units per week free then ?.50 for each 20 units ).All windows have been double glazed.
Car parking ( free ) is limited and therefore booked on a first come first served basis .Ample car parks are available within a short walking distance .Full fire certificate with modern equipment .
