summer and fall are ideal times to visit the east coast of Texas, though the
climate is enjoyable year round. Breezes blow off the bay, so bring a sweater
for the afternoons and evenings. From late March to mid June and from mid
September through mid November, days are usually warm but not too hot and
evenings are pleasant.

How to get around:

provides easy access to the suburban areas.

Corpus Christi International Airport is served by major airlines and is 5-7
minutes from the city center. There is also regular daily shuttle service
between Corpus Christi and the San Antonio Airport offered by several airport
shuttle operators.
Bus Service:
Passenger bus service is offered by Greyhound Bus Lines and Valley Transit
Company.
The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) provides public bus service to Corpus
Christi and surrounding areas, as well, as special tourist service.
