We are now in our 20th year of ownership and many of our guests return year after year...

Ash Lea Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Blackpool near to the many attractions that Blackpool has to offer including;

the Town Centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants, the world-famous Blackpool Tower and Circus, Blackpool Zoo and Stanley Park with its tranquil Gardens and Boating Lake.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is just a short bus or tram ride away and we are only a few minute's walk to the Promenade with its miles of Illuminations and the Beach with its miles of golden sands.

Driving Directions:
From exit 4 of the M55: Follow the A583 for about two miles into Preston New Road and then into Whitegate Drive. Continue along Whitegate Drive until you come to a set of traffic lights with the Belle Vue public house on the right. Turn left into Reads Avenue and continue through one set of lights. The Ash Lea is about half way down on the right hand side, number 49!
