Th hotel applies a strict policy towards the following, group bookings shall respect the other guests and the mangement reserve the right to request the immeadiate departure of any unrully guests without refund, no drinks or food to be brought onto the premises purchased outside the hotel. any damage caused by negligence to the hotel, hotel rooms or hotel items contained within, shall be fully chargeable to the cardholder responsible for the booking.one night stays during the summer months are not permitted, please refer to the 2 night special deals.Non smoking, offenders will be asked to leave and no refund made.
If a deposit or payment has been made by either debit or credit card, then, a transaction fee of 1.50 pounds will be debited, along with the payment.
Under the provisions of the unfair contract act 1977, your attention is drawn to the fact that there is now a contract in place, the terms and conditions of which are printed below. You may wish to avail yourself of holiday insurance, as indemnity against charges made due to cancellation or curtailment of the booking.
All accomodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tarrifs applicable according to the season. Meal times are pre arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. Rooms must be paid for on arrival by cash, visa , mastercard or switch. Sorry we cannot accept cheques even with a guarantee card. Damage caused to your accomodation or to the hotel in general, bedding or beds by yourself or by a member of your party shall be charged to the card used to make the origional booking.
In the event of cancellation or curtaillment to the booking payment in full shall be taken immeadiatley from the card used to make the origional booking. In the event of the rooms being re let, for the whole or part of the said period, any refunds due shall be made to the said card. Deposits are non refundable, but will be deductable from any claims for compensation arising out of any cancellation of the contract. On all Parties of 6 or more people, full payment is required at least 7 days prior to arrival. Coach parties must confirm their final numbers 7 days prior to arrival. On large parties, sleeping arrangements are as booked, ie..doubles, twins and family rooms, but sometimes it is unavoidable to put same gender parties in double rooms, but the party organiser will be notified of this in advance. The proprietors reserve the right to amend all terms and conditions at any said time, if necessary, also to terminate any contract should the conduct of any persons who are part of that contract, cause detriment to the wellbeing of other guests or staff of the hotel. The proprietors cannot accept responsibillity for the loss of guests property unless handed to staff for safe custody and a reciept is issued. Car owners park on the car park entirely at their own risk and will be required to leave their car keys at reception for the said vehicle immeadiatley upon arrival. Car parking is not guaranteed and is soley on a first come, first served basis.
