Apartments Policy
HIRING PERIOD 2.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00 am on day of
departure.
DEPOSIT required to pre-book an Apartment. Deposits are non-returnable.
Please see current price list for minimum deposit.
BALANCE Payable in full on arrival prior to receipt of keys.
ALL PRICES FULLY INCLUSIVE (except electricity meters £1 coins).
Payment implies acceptance of all terms & conditions.
CAR SPACE HIRE Reservation at time of booking your Apartment. Payable
on arrival, limited to one car per Apartment. Additional surcharge
for larger vehicles i.e. L.W.B. Minibus. Car park access via back
street at rear. All cars and contents parked at owner's risk.
Cars must be locked and all valuables removed. The proprietors
will allocate you a space prior to parking, (protected by CCTV and security lighting.)
DETAILS OF PARTY The party must be exactly as described on
the booking form, unless previously notified in writing. Maximum
numbers in each Apartment should not exceed the stated capacity shown
in our brochure. Minimum age of the leader of each party is 18 or over.
SORRY, NO ANIMALS OR PETS
We regret that we are unable to accommodate motorised
wheelchairs/scooters on the premises.
TELEPHONE BOOKINGS are held for 5 days only pending receipt of
your deposit after which time we reserve the right to re-let the
accommodation. Your deposit will then secure the booking.
CANCELLATION Deposits are not refundable in the event of
cancellation. The person in charge of the party is liable for the total
cost of the holiday (less deposit received) unless the Apartment is able to be re-let.
CURTAILMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY (for any reason) we may issue
at our discretion a credit note for a future holiday here at Crystal Lodge
(less an administration charge) should the holiday be seriously curtailed.
BOOKING COMPLETION Your ‘BOOKING’ is not complete until you
have filled in your booking form and returned it to us together
with the relevant deposit when we will send you an official receipt
by return of post.
VALUABLES We are not responsible for valuables left in the Apartments and
guests should make their own arrangements for safe custody.
DAMAGE Guests are responsible for all damage and breakages and
missing items in their Apartment. An inventory is held by the proprietors to
charge for damaged or missing articles.
VISITORS are not normally allowed in the Apartments but on request this
facility may be extended to relatives on daytime visits. The proprietors
reserve the right to refuse admission to any person in the Apartment who in their
opinion is undesirable.
TERMINATION OF LETTINGS The proprietors reserve the right
to cancel a letting at any time if in their opinion, the behaviour of a
guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby
impaired, (no refund).
Deposit :  An Amount Equivalent To 35% of the total booking value Is Required To Secure Your Booking
Cancellation Policy
To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, you must cancel your booking 31 day(s) before your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 31 day(s) notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
