Sorry we no longer accept credit or debit card payments. The deposit can be paid by cheque or postal order, made payable to New Bank Holiday Flats. The balance can be paid strictly in cash on arrival, or if by cheque, the cheque must reach us no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. An official receipt (which must be produced on arrival) will be forwarded if ccommodation is available. If accommodation is not available your deposit will be returned by post. NB In the event of cancellation, booking fees are not returnable, and the full amount outstanding can be claimed if the accommodation is not relet. We recommend you take insurance to cover this possibility. The management does not hold itself responsible for valueables left in rooms. Guests are responsible for any loss or breakages. Pets are not allowed unless by prior arrangement. We are proud of our standards of comfort and cleanliness and ask guests to help maintain these standards by keeping their accommodation clean and leaving it so for the next guests. It is requested that guests do not disturb others with any undue noise during their stay. The management reserves the right to cancel accommodation if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of a guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby endangered, in these circumstances refunds will not be given. Cancellation Policy To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, you must cancel your booking 30 day(s) before your arrival date.
