Only stayed the one night and at short notice but Cliff was extremely helpful, friendly and flexible.
Good hotel, handy location, clean with very good facilities.
Would use again. |

| Irene & Cliff are the most welcoming hosts ive ever met.From the moment i got there i was welcomed in like a old friend(although id never met them)Staying away from my family for the first time on my own was daunting but they made my stay wonderful.The hotel is kept very clean & tidy,its a lovely spacious guest house.Id definately go backand visit again!! |

| it was my first time in blackpool and we stayed at kendal and when we return to blackpool we wont be staying any where else but here irene an cliff are lovley and make it a nice and enjoyable stay for you they are very friendly and are good hosts thank you irene n cliff see you again soon x x |

| This hotel is one of the best in Blackpool (and I've worked and stayed in many of them!). Cliff and Irene are superb, nothing is too much for them. The rooms are well sized, clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool |
