| My husband and myself stayed at the King Edward Holiday Flats for the first time in 2005 to attend a model boat show. A warm welcome, lovely room and Tony was very helpful in aiding us to park the club van. We will be booking again for 2006. Thanks Tony. |

| We returned here for our honeymoon in June 2005, Tony & Suzanne made us feel very welcome & it was made extra special as it seemed we were sharing our honeymoon with friends. Tony & Suzanne, thank you for everything - you truly are the best! Now in the process of booking again so our daughter can see Blackpool lights in October. |

| I came here in October 2003 with my husband and had a lovely week made better by the most friendliest and helpful proprieter we have ever met Tony , we had a lovely welcome and a nice room, very clean with all ammenities and close to beach, good pubs and shops, but still nice and quiet. we are making a return visit in January 2004 and Im sure there will be lots more after that |

| I stayed here in July 2003 and had a excellent break. The owner Tony and his family made me feel welcome and was always extremly polite and helpful. Tram and bus service is only 2 minutes away, and the area has all local facilities, shop, newsagent, laundrette, cafe and post office all within 5 minutes walk. I can highly recomend these flats. |
