| i would like to say how welcome phil and lynn make you feel the rooms are spotless and they are very friendly people its like home from home they make you very welcome you couldnt ask for a better and cleaner place to stop |

| our 1st visit was at the easter weekend and we had a fantastic time,so good we went back for our honeymoon just back today,its like a home from home,spotlessly clean and linda and phil are fantastic couldn't ask for more,we will be back in easter |
