Booking Terms and Conditions. Booking Deposit On receipt of your card details a booking deposit of 50% of total invoice will be processed from your account. Once a deposit has been received, you will be sent an E.mail detailing the booking, amount paid, and the balance outstanding which must be settled on arrival Deposits are non refundable. One Night Booking All one night bookings must be paid in advance and are non refundable. Cancellations In the event of you Cancelling a booking, 7 Days notice prior to arrival date must be given, in which case no compensation will be sought. If a booking is cancelled within 3 days of due arrival date, every reasonable effort to re-let the accommodation will be made, failing this, guests are respectfully reminded that, two thirds of the outstanding balance will be deducted from your account. We strongly advise you to cover unavoidable cancellation charges by taking out independent holiday insurance. Group Bookings No reduction from the outstanding balance is offer if the number of guests is reduced without prior arrangement, and the deposit can not be transfered onto the group balance. The Guest House does not offer any refund when the holiday is cut short, for whatever the reason. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person/s who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests. Any breakage or damage to property will be made good and the cost charged to the organizer of the booking. Deposit :  An Amount Equivalent To 50% of the total booking value Is Required To Secure Your Booking Cancellation Policy To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, you must cancel your booking 7 day(s) before your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 day(s) notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 75% of the total booking value will be charged.
