| Myself and my family found this establishment to be very comfortable, inviting, well run and were made to feel very welcome by Sheila and Roy. Would recommend very highly and hope to stay there again. |

We chose this guesthouse entirely on the good reviews given by other guests. Everything said about it was completely true. Roy & Sheila were great hosts. We arrived at
the guesthouse and were greeted with cups of coffee, a friendly chat and made to feel most welcome. The cooked breakfast was delicious. We will without doubt return again on our next visit to Blackpool. Highly recommended! |

| we would definately return to this brilliant guest house that is spotlessly clean and friendly. The breakfast was second to none and plentiful. We would highly recomend this guesthouse and remember to take a chew for rusty the dog ! |

| The welcome was warm and friendly by the hosts, Sheila & Roy. The "Bobbins" is spotlessly clean and inviting. The food is generous and piping hot. So what more can one say?. Only that once you have tried this Guest House, it will be among your "we must go there again" places. Thank you for a most enjoyable break, and "yes, we will be back". |
