The hotel is badly in need of a major refurbishment and modernisation. Don`t be fooled by it`s website is all I can say. Won`t be recommending it to anyone.

When we got there and checked in, they said they didn't take pets and the website was out of date. They said they were changing the site so that it would not confuse others. I note that 2 days later it still says small pets welcome. Be warned - they do not take pets!

Staff friendly, bit hectic when everyone trying to check in at the same time. Only downfall for me was lack of vegetarian meal choice & availability. Had to ask for it every day, could have been on the buffet & not spicey all the time.

If you like Blackpool you'll love this hotel.Only downside is its a bit noisy in the corridors at night esp on weekends .

But the staff were very nice - my diabetic son needs a snack before bed and they happily fetched him some cereal and didn't charge.
