A First time visit to this Hotel, certainly far from a last.
Hospitality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Great food, Comfort and a real warm atmosphere .

Came to Blackpool today thinking would have to search all day for a nice hotel.
Instantly found Rose Bank Villa, and felt such a warm welcome that I had to book strait away. Looking forward to a Very Magical stay end of February. |

| I have been visiting Blackpool for the last ten years!! Rosebank hotel has yet to be beaten! Excellent in everyway. Rooms are lovely, food even better. Would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a great small but friendly hotel. Will definetly stay there from now on! Very good value for money. |
