The guest house was lovely and clean. That is until we had a little accident with some red wine in our room! However the owners were lovely about it, even though they were rushed off their feet. Value for money was excellent and the guest house is very close to the promenade, central pier and many other attractions. Its is in a great location and it is extremely homely and friendly. The food is very nice and the rooms are spotless with everything you need. You get a late key which is good incase you go out at night and there is no need to worry about being locked out. From the minute we arrived John & Carole made us feel welcome. The rooms are lovely & clean & very well looked after. Cooked breakfast was very nice & a lot of choice of cereal-ideal for kids!! you certainly won't leave feeling hungry! Thanks for a lovely stay.
